I'm an intuitive energy worker who loves helping people reconnect with their natural wellbeing.
The work I do combines my professional experience over the years of helping 1000s of people with their wellbeing as a physio and energy worker.
Who I am today is a result of all the experiences I have had in my life so I'll start at the beginning. I grew up in rural Ireland, I was a highly sensitive kid, extremely curious and adventurous. I was a very creative and empathic child and at times this was a gift in seeing the sense of wonder in the world. At other times this awareness was very confusing as I struggled to express what I was feeling. Over time I suppressed the more creative and sensitivity as it was easier to manage my life at the time.
My teenage years brought a new lease of life that allowed me to slowly start a journey of opening up again. I studied Physiotherapy in college because I was always drawn to work with people and help them with their health and wellbeing. It was a perfect fit for my sensitivity and gifts at the time. I worked for years in professional sport and private clinics in England before moving home in 2014 to open my own private physiotherapy clinic so I could be back home, with the people I love and doing what I enjoyed.
Around that time I was opening up to the world of self-development and awareness. This all stemmed from a deep feeling that there was more to life and to me than I was experiencing then. I started meditating, reading self-help books and practising being kinder, more grateful and really just being a more open person. 2014 and 2015 allowed me to travel around the world a bit, again expanding my mind to the range of human experience and the beauty of the world. I started my own business in 2015 and I threw everything I had into it, I completely tied my identity in that business because for me it was my way to create a life of freedom, to help connect me with family and friends and to prove I was capable of doing it. Fast forward a year and I was mentally, emotionally and financially broke as I closed the business.
My whole identity and self-worth went down with my business. At the time I entered a deep depression where I questioned everything, I was living at home with no money, no prospects of work, no motivation to do anything and no clue what the point of this life was. I cut myself off from friends and isolated myself for months rarely doing anything. It was at the time where I felt drawn to more spiritual teachings, I remember listening to audiobooks and not really understanding them but somewhere feeling there was something more to this life. It opened up a possibility that my life could improve and that I could thaw from my emotional coma and feel alive again.
After this extended period of darkness, in 2017 I decided to travel to Peru and slowly make my way to the Jungle to take part in Ayahuasca ceremonies. Ayahuasca is a plant medicine used by the indigenous people of the Amazon to connect to the spiritual realm of life. I did a lot of research before I arrived in that little house in the Amazon jungle and felt it was time to trust my intuition on this one and allow the experience to teach me what it had to offer.
The experience was profound and changed my life forever. It took me the most painful places I had ever experienced and then swiftly (after surrendering over and over) to places of sheer bliss and incredible beauty. It's been an awakening that has continued to this day, at the time I needed the experience of that magnitude to give me a new lease of life. I've since been able to integrate what came up and realise that there are many ways to connect to those states.
Since those experiences, I've been on an intense healing and discovery journey of who I am and what I am here to do. It's involved a lot of meditation, creativity, expression, courses, mentoring and really living life in a more expansive way that's led me to where I am today. I'm still learning and healing as I grow but now I understand more about who I am and what I'm here to do.
I don't have all the answers but I'm here to show up and to lead in the way I can. The work I do today is a blend of all the experiences I have had, the gifts I have uncovered and living my own truth. I've worked with 1000s of people over the years with physical, mental and emotional pain and discomfort in my work as a physiotherapist and energy worker to feel better and this is the work I love to do.
Every step along the way has allowed me to work with people along their own journey and I feel blessed to be able to do that. I get to hold space for people from all walks of life and guide them into connecting with themselves and feeling great. I get to really see people and I am delighted to do this.
What I say to most people who ask about working with me is to go with your feeling, if you feel drawn to this work and you resonate with me then book a session and I will help you on your own journey. I can support you and offer you guidance wherever you are so that you can make the changes you want in your own life.
